The Digestive system

Description: We have made a short movie about the science we discovered. We had to make sure every thing was good. So I hope you like our video.


Success Criteria
Our movie had 
*lots of interesting details about digestion that our audience won’t know
*clear explanations about each stage of the digestion process (talking clearly and loudly, using specific science vocabulary)
*clear images
*humour/interesting detail to keep the audience engaged
Big idea: The digestive system helps break the food down in tiny bits so it can fit. I will list some parts of the digestive system. Esophogaus, stomach, small intestines, large intestines ( caecum) and rectum.
Feedback: I like that you had your video humorous.
Feed Forward: You could add more information in your big idea. Tane

Evaluation: I think I did well because I had good humour. My next step is to add some fun facts;

Et reo with William and Finis

Description: Every week we do et reo. Et stands for Elly and Troy. We have been learning lunch box Te reo.  It has been fun doing this. Me and finis heave worked hard on this. So hope you like it.



Big idea: In the video ae means yes and kaōre means no. And these are are some of Maori fruit or veggies.

Kareti- carrot
Nati nati- nuts
Hanawiti- sandwich
Ropere- stratberry
Taki- wrap
Āporo- apple
Ārani- orange
Wai ārani- orange juice

Description: In maths we are learning about strategy maths. We have four questions that we had to answer.


Big idea: I used strategy math because knowledge math is if you could do it in three seconds.

Evaluation: I think I did well because the working out was hard so i had to use all my strategies to figure it out.

Said is dead

Description: I have learning expand vocabulary for reading in class. I have made a poster saying quite a lot of words that mean said. In class we have been doing tic tac toes. It has been fun doing this poster so hope you like it. 

Succes criteria: to expand my vocabulary. I know I'm getting better because I listen well. I'm good at re reading and I need to improve on my read on cause I think I forget to do it.




















Big idea: In expand vocabulary my goal is to expand my vocabulary.
